OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM

James Price Chairman/CEO

Mr. Price is the Chairman/CEO of Aero Financial. Mr. Price has 25 years of experience in numerous facets of the financial services industry, wherein he has developed an expertise in identifying small, under funded companies and building them up through investment banking and financial public relations. Mr. Price himself is perhaps best described as a true entrepreneur. After attending college at Eastern Washington University, in Washington State, Mr. Price served 3 years in the U.S. Army. Upon his honorable discharge he moved to Maryland and began his career as a successful stock broker. Over a 10 year span as a broker and office Principal, he worked at JW Gant, Cohig and Associates, AG Edwards and Sons and Global Financial.

In 1992, Mr. Price founded Aero Financial, a corporate advisory firm that provides essential support and organizational services to private and public companies.

In 2005, Mr. Price founded Genesis Venture Fund Managers an innovative investment company focusing on global markets. Genesis Venture Fund India I recognizes the enormous challenges facing potentially profitable companies in Indian markets and specialize in financing and investment banking for education related companies in India.

Licenses held: Series 7, 63, 24 life and health. Mr. Price sits on the board of directors for the YMCA and the I AM Foundation.

Jeff Goonewardena President Aero Financial Sri Lanka

Jeff Goonewardena is a Personal Advisor to the President and Consulate General of Sri Lanka to Venezuela and Columbia and former Consulate General to the Western United States. Mr. Goonewardena shall lead all aspects of Government Relations, Consultancy, Marketing and Business Development in the region for Aero. Mr. Goonewardena is also the President of The World Relief Organization and Honorary Mayor of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
